Thermostable processed cheeses for use in the food industry

These products have specific thermostable properties compared to natural cheeses. Thermostable means that they are resistant to high temperatures to varying degrees and therefore do not change in taste, consistency, or elasticity. Their use is the same as for Edam-type cheeses. Their delicious and distinctive cheese flavor is what makes these products unique on the market. Their functional properties (resistance to high temperatures, consistency, elasticity) can be adjusted according to customer requirements..

Advantages of thermostable products:

Depending on the type of product, only limited shape changes occur during heat treatment.

In addition to high temperatures, it can also withstand deep freezing without damaging its structure or shape.

Production of smoked meats, delicacies, pizza, baked goods, packaged cheese.

Processing:

Cutting, grating, slicing.
